In order to appreciate the efforts of Kadin throughout Indonesia in strengthening Indonesian MSMEs, Kadin Indonesia launched the Kadin Impact Award (KIA). With the theme "One Kadin Builds the Nation", the Kadin Impact Award is a form of Kadin Indonesia's support in strengthening MSMEs.

Through the Kadin Impact Award, the Chairman of Kadin Indonesia wants to convey to Kadin in all regions in Indonesia to be able to raise the economic potential and talent of the region by showing various superior programmes in their respective regions related to the development of MSMEs. This programme also shows the Indonesian people that Kadin, both national Kadin and Provincial and Regency/City Kadin are one - inclusive, collaborative, and progressive.

There are five categories that will be competed in the Kadin Impact Awards, namely:
1. Digitalisation;
2. Women empowerment
3. Vocationalisation;
4. Regional economic empowerment;
5. Sustainability practices.

In addition to the awards for the five categories above, there are also three commendation awards per region representing the best provinces in Western, Central and Eastern Indonesia.
